ABOUT ERGO EXPERT

My name is Jonny Monument and I have been helping people stay happy and productive at work for over 20 years in the south west of England, gaining huge experience of ergonomic office furniture, dealing with people, management and procurement. The people I work with trust me totally to find the correct solution for everyone's needs. It really can boost productivity, contentment and staff morale, as well as lowering absence.

THE PROCESS

Consultation, Assessment, Delivery and Installation

At Ergo Expert, we like to sit down with our clients in their workplace and have a conversation. It's about what we can do for you, the individual, or the team's comfort and productivity. So whether you are uncomfortable at work, or trying to maximise the performance of a whole call centre, we have the tools and ability to help. We then make recommendations based on personal and stylistic needs and budget, and we will install everything we recommend, if you would like us to. This ensures that each item is installed properly, and set up for the user, according to their requirements.

CONSULTATION AND ASSESSMENT

During the Consultation, we find out a little about you, and what we can do for you, the individual, but we also keep a keen eye on what your office, home, or factory floor requires. During the Assessment, we may need to try some things out, have a go in a chair or two, and we try to get you comfy in the demonstration chairs. Should you need a bespoke solution, then this is when we find out exactly what your needs are, and take the appropriate measurements. It is much preferable if we are able to do this in your place of work.

MANUFACTURE

All of the office chairs that we recommend are made to order in various factories. Some in the wider EU, but a good portion are British made. Once orders are placed, there is therefore a lead time until delivery. Because of the bespoke nature of some of the chairs, it is important that we are able to get the proper measurements and details required, but we will go through all of that at the Consultation

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

We will normally deliver each ergonomic chair and desk, plus any accessories, personally to you, if appropriate. We will then set up and get the chair right for you. This process has a huge effect on the comfort and usability of the chair, and should not be left to chance. It gives you the peace of mind that you will get the absolute best out of your purchase, and it gives us peace of mind that we have seen the process through from beginning to end.

SERVICE

All of the equipment we recommend is guaranteed to last. The chairs and desks should not need any user service, and we will take care of any warranty issues that may arise. We can also service and mend any older chairs which you may be too fond of, and can't bear to part with - provided we can source the correct parts!
